Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all events, courses, workshops, and activities organised by METHOD. by enrolling, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolments are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or an approved payment arrangement).
Payment must be made by the deadline stated in the course information.
METHOD. reserves the right to refuse entry to participants with incomplete or outstanding payments.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Participant cancellation:
– More than 30 days before the event: 50% refund or swap with colleague.
– Between 14–30 days: 40% refund.
– Less than 14 days: No refund.
Substitutions: A substitute participant may attend at no extra cost, provided METHOD. or Dental EDU is notified at least 48 hours before the event.
METHOD. cancellation: If METHOD. cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future course.
3. Course Content and Speakers
METHOD. reserves the right to change course content, speakers, or venues if necessary.
All efforts will be made to maintain the advertised standard and learning outcomes.
4. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials (including slides, manuals, recordings, and models) are the intellectual property of METHOD. or Dental EDU and its presenters.
Materials are provided solely for personal learning and must not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Liability
METHOD. or Dental EDU does not accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during attendance at events.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance coverage, if required.
7. Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
METHOD. or Dental EDU will provide participants with a Certificate of Attendance for eligible CPD activities.
Participants are responsible for maintaining their own CPD records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Privacy
METHOD. or Dental EDU collects personal information for the purposes of course administration and communication.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
9. Photography and Recording
METHOD. or Dental EDU may take photos or videos at events for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please advise our team prior to the event.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a METHOD. or Dental EDU course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
